Full home renovations with residential clients directly. Homes from 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft where everything has to be done: flooring, bathroom/s, kitchen, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, HVAC…

These projects typically take 2-4 months from beginning till the end.

No, we don’t know your profits, margins, costs… That means that you put your own prices and conditions with the clients we refer you.

We do not impose any pricing guidelines, as long as what your quote makes sense.

We refer you projects within a 30 mile radius from where you are located. 

We get more than enough opportunity in a 30 mile radius for you to grow. If needed we can get projects outside that 30 mile radius. 

We only work with 1 company per area which means that you do NOT compete with anyone else when we refer you a project.

We will start referring you projects in just 10 business days. Normally in just one week.

Depending on the project, varies a lot but typically from $50,000 up to $150,000. That does not mean we cannot get smaller or bigger projects if that is more convenient for the company we partner with.

We only get paid if you get paid.

We parter with 20-30 companies and not 1 agreement is the same because we parter with every company in a very different way. Different projects, different areas, different responsibilities, different qualities demanded by clients… 

Based on this we both will agree the best way to collaborate. 

We are very flexible.

We don’t have or sell leads. This is not Angi’s, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack or any other marketing agency…

We have clients that reach out to us, we qualify them, refer them to you, so you can easily close him.

Again, we only get paid if you get paid.
